Our ethos to childcare is built on providing 360-degree quality – from the environment to education. Our centre is grounded in nature and quality to give each child the best possible start. The early ages are without a doubt the most fundamental years in a child’s life. By creating an environment surrounded by natural elements, we inspire each little learner to follow their imagination, explore the outdoors, grow by self-discovery and learn through play.
Laura
Nominated Supervisor
A dedicated member of the Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre team for over 13 years. Laura holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is a mum herself, and knows the importance of creating a nurturing home away from home environment. With her own son attending our centre – she is not just a familiar face, but someone you can rely on to provide excellent care for your little one as if they were her own.
Sarah
3 to 4 years old - Room Leader
For the past ten years, Sarah has been bringing her sense of creativity and passion for childcare to our centre everyday. She shares her enjoyment of craft with the children, and together they are always creating impressive and very clever contraptions! Sarah holds her Diploma in Children’s Services and is an adored Educator and leader at Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre.
Barbara
Baby Room - Diploma Educator
Our very own baby room guru, also known as the baby whisperer. Barbara has been part of our team for 11 years and has supported hundreds of children as they enter our world of care. Barbara holds a Diploma of Education and is an important member of our community.

Our team are the foundation of our centre and will become more than just a familiar face to you and your little one. Highly qualified with extensive experience, most of our staff have been on our team for over five years. We are proud to say we have educators who have been part of the Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre community for ten years now. Our educators enjoy where they work and it shows.
With a shared passion for childcare, a love for learning and a commitment to excellence, our team will ensure your child feels safe and supported from day one.
Beyond teaching and developing your child holistically, our team are ready to guide, support and be your child’s biggest cheerleaders. We encourage each child to shine bright in their own right, grow with confidence and find their voice.
Do you speak a language other than English?
Our team is diverse, speaking a total of six different languages - English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Spanish. We are highly experienced with children from non-English speaking backgrounds and will endeavour to make sure your child feels accepted and encouraged to embrace their ethnicity.

About
Our Story
Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre has been a trusted part of the Hills community since 1999 and is the longest standing centre in the region. In 2011, Approved Provider Rodrigo Perez, took over the ownership with a clear vision in mind - to create a space where families from all backgrounds feel welcomed and part of a community.
As a family man, Rodrigo set the standard for quality, “if it’s not good enough for my children, it’s not good enough for any child’’. A commitment to excellence that has shaped every aspect of our centre.
Rodrigo’s hands on approach extends beyond leadership. As a skilled craftsman, he has personally designed much of the centre’s environment, including the beautiful natural timber tables and chairs, creating a space that is warm, calm and enriching.
Our outdoor play area is spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering a unique and engaging experience for children in childcare Baulkham Hills. This offers little feet endless opportunities to roam and connect with nature. With an abundance of trees, plants, garden beds, sand and grass it’s the perfect place for your little one to explore and let their curiosity and imagination run wild.
