Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre is a registered provider of the Childcare Subsidy (CCS). This subsidy is provided by the Australian Government to help assist families with the cost of early education and care.
To qualify for assistance, families must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below:

Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm. Our centre is closed on every NSW public holiday.
We cater from six weeks to six years old.
Yes. Our educators are highly experienced in the toilet training journey – we are here to help you through it.
We provide five daily meals, prepared by our in house cook using quality wholesome ingredients. We also provide, bed linen, Cancer Council sunscreen and Max & Millie Nappies and Wipes.
No! Our Baulkham Hills childcare centre is standalone. We pride ourselves on being a boutique childcare centre that is family owned and operated.

Everything You Need to Know
General questions
At Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre we are committed to the health and safety of each child in our care. If your child falls ill whilst in our care, you will be notified to pick up them up. It’s important they remain at home until they’re no longer sick.
Our service shares any health updates, which includes any outbreaks, via email; and will share the required exclusion periods. Our service prides itself on providing an environment which is safe and keeps us all healthy!
Yes absolutely! Our in-house cook caters to allergies and dietary requirements and ensures your little one receives the nutrition and care they need.
All of our Educators either hold a qualficaiton, or are actively working towards their Certificate 3 Qualification. We are proud to have an amazing team made up of trainee Educators, Certificate 3 and Diploma Educators, and University trained Early Childhood Teachers. Our team regularly take part in in house training and are encouraged to upskill to advance their careers and knowledge within childcare.
Absolutely! Our team is diverse and speak a total of six different languages - English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Spanish. We go the extra mile in connecting with each child and encourage them to embrace their ethnicity. No matter their background we are here to support them every step of the way.

We use the platform Kinderloop to communicate with parents throughout the day. Our team aims to update this as frequently as possible.
We closely follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Our programs are developed to follow play-based learning.

Our childcare centre charges includes five meals, nappies and wipes, sunscreen and bed linen. Eligible parents can claim the government Child Care Subsidy (CCS). To see how much you can claim use our CCS calculator.
Our daily fees are as followed:-
0-2 and 2-3: $176 per day

3-4s and 4-5s: $166 per day.

The government retains 5% of your weekly Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which is factored into these calculations.
This calculator does not account for eligibility for the Additional Child Care Subsidy.
It also does not factor in that families caring for First Nations children can access at least 36 hours of subsidized childcare every two weeks.
Please note, this is only an approximation. Variations in center rates, legal or policy updates, or changes in your personal circumstances may affect the actual CCS amount you qualify for.
