Family owned and run, we have a commitment to excellence that has shaped every aspect of our Baulkham Hills childcare centre. Our outdoor play area is the largest of any Baulkham Hills Childcare centre in the region. This offers little feet endless opportunities and a natural learning environment where they can roam and connect with nature. With an abundance of trees, plants, garden beds, sand and grass it’s the perfect place for your little one to explore and let their curiosity and imagination run wild.

At Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre, our educational programs are aligned with the NSW Curriculum Framework (ACECQA). We take a tailored approach and have a strong focus on play based learning. Our experienced educators adapt different styles of teaching based on the individual needs of each child.
Child led, play based learning
A natural pathway for children to learn is to play. From crafts, interactive games to outdoor adventures, each moment is a chance to learn and explore what they’re most interested in.
Our educators lean into what each child finds fascinating. By observing the activities your child is most drawn to, we adapt our learning accordingly. Learning is tailored according to your little one’s curiosity and what excites them.
We’ve even learnt how to make dumplings from one of our little learners as it’s an activity they enjoy taking part in at home!
Four dedicated learning rooms
From six weeks to six years old, our dedicated learning spaces are purposefully designed to suit the developmental needs of each child at each stage of their journey. From sensory play to school readiness – each step supports growth, exploration and self- discovery.
At Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre, we are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to ensure your child develops physically, cognitively, emotionally and socially.
Karinya Room

The few short years from 0-2 years are critical in their development journey. Our highly qualified educators take great pride in caring for your child and making sure each milestone is shared and celebrated with you.
Our beautiful baby room is the perfect place for your child to start their journey with us, and they will be supported and deeply cared for as they enjoy embarking in the world of play based learning.
Illoura Room
An aboriginal word meaning 'pleasant place'
Welcome to toddler town. The transition from infant to toddler is significant, their social and physical skills really start to shine as they begin to push boundaries and test their limits. In our 2-3 room, we’ve created an environment where your little one will be engrossed in their imagination, through crafts, games and play based exploration both indoors and outdoors. Our program encourages children to develop a sense of independence as they learn to navigate the world through their own eyes.
Amaroo Room
An aboriginal word meaning 'beautiful place'
Pre-kindy years are formative in a child’s development. In our pre-kindy rooms, we see early friendships start to flourish and a time where curiosity leads the way. Our little learners begin to show empathy, resilience and problem-solving skills. At this age, we encourage children to pioneer their own learning by sharing what they find interesting. We tailor our program to suit both group education and care for each individual learner. Whether it’s starting an ant farm to watch life forms grow or making dumplings to explore a different culture -it’s all an opportunity to learn with the!
Binda Room

At this stage, your child will be taking leaps and bounds towards the exciting next step in their development journey – Kindergarten.
In our 4-6 room, our structured learning program is purposefully designed to ensure your child thrives in a school environment. Our educators focus largely on group activities that foster collaboration, sharing and plenty of social interaction. At Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre, we strive to nurture more than just your child’s academic abilities but also their curiosity, emotional resilience, and a love for the world around them. We offer outstanding early childhood education that meets national quality standards and exceeds parent expectations.
Taking the next step
The Transition to School
Our educators are dedicated to preparing your child for the transition to big school by building their confidence and essential skills. We focus on nurturing social, emotional, communication, motor and cognitive skills to ensure they are ready to thrive in a school environment.
our program in our pre-school room is engaging, challenging, and fun, and we are so proud to incorporate all our learning into the children's interests and through the magic word, play. The children in our 4-5 room participate in some key events throughout the year which will also prepare for their transition to school, including a special "lunchbox week." We also hold "Transition to School" Interviews with families of our 4-5s, as we continue to work in collaboration to support the next step of your child's learning journey. A graduation at the end of their 'little school' experience is the most exciting event in the calendar for children and their families.
Meals & Nutrition
Healthy, High Quality and Delicious
Quality nutrition is fundamental to your child’s growth and development. Our centre follows the Munch and Move guidelines to ensure all meals we provide are varied in taste, textures and flavours and meet the nutritional requirements needed to fuel your little one.
All meals are prepared fresh daily by our in-house cook out of our commercial grade kitchen. We pride ourselves on the strong ties we have to our local community and use ingredients sourced from local markets and butchers.
Every week, we have a new menu that features a range of different cuisines, giving your little one exposure to all food groups and encouraging a healthy balanced diet.
Each meal is made from scratch and packed with high quality nutritious ingredients which include a variety of fruits, vegetables, beans, grains and lean meats. Each meal is thoughtfully made with a healthy dose of love, care and attention.
Full tummies and happy hearts
From breakfast to lunch and snacks in between, we cater to all dietary requirements and are here to work in partnership with you to build happy, healthy children.
